- A driver's night charge of Chf 30.- is applicable for services starting and/or ending between 21:00 and 07:00.
- Driver's meal is Chf +30.- for each service fully covering lunch (12:00-14:00) and/or diner periods (20:00 and 22:00).
- Should the driver be forced to spend the night, a fee (Chf 180.-) for his lodging should be added.
Finally, here is the breakdown of the airport parking fees for arrival only : parking charges are Chf 1.50 per 20 minutes of waiting time, and Chf 3.- per 20 minutes of waiting time after one hour (which, fortunately does not occur too often).
We monitor each and every flight in order to enter our reserved airport parking space (which is a 30 secondes walk away from the main and only arrival hall) at the exact time the flight lands.
So, for instance, should our vehicle exit the parking with the passengers 25 minutes after having entered it, the cost will be Chf 3.-
In the unfortunate case of luggage being lost, the cost of waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for instance would be Chf 7.50.

General conditions of sale and legal information:
I - Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges having read the special conditions of sale stated on this screen when placing an order and expressly accepts them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between GMC Limousines & Services SARL and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, except express and written prior derogation. GMC Limousines & Services SARL reserves the right to interrupt the current service if the behaviour of customers jeopardizes the safety of the driver or that of the vehicle, or in the event of disrespect towards the driver.
II - Order
GMC Limousines & Services SARL confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer at the email address that the latter will have communicated. The sale will not be concluded until confirmation of the order. GMC Limousines & Services SARL reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
For any order of vehicle rental with driver, your request will be taken according to the means of vehicles available to us at the time of the order and according to an agreement on the basis of a quote or an electronic or telephone conversation with the one of our interlocutors. The cancellation of a reservation must be sent to us by email, telephone or by post if necessary 24 hours before the date of the service. Cancellation fees may be required according to the following rules:
- Cancellation 12 hours prior to service start: free of charge
- Cancellation between 2 and 12 hours prior to service start: 50% of the service including tax
- Cancellation 2 hours prior to service start: 100% of the service including tax
GMC Limousines & Services SARL cannot be held liable for any damage caused by delay, the cancellation of a connection, in particular due to bad weather or poor traffic conditions.
III - Rates
The price is expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF). The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included and including VAT. This price includes the transfer / disposal service of the vehicle, refreshing drinks, magazines, petrol & toll costs and "transported persons" insurance.
The transfer rate applies to direct travel without stopping from the pick-up point to the point of arrival, the service ending directly after drop-off. The displayed prices of our services are subject to change except when a quote has been previously established. Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
IV – Payment
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by GMC Limousines & Services SARL. Any complaint is admissible only within 8 days of the execution of the transport service concerned. After this period, no claim will be taken into account. GMC Limousines & Services SARL offers several payment methods:
- Bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Payment via our online store (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Payment in cash (CHF or Euros currency)
- PayPal payments
- On invoice and payment by bank transfer or BVR.
All information concerning the payment is confidential and will in no case be disclosed or reused without your agreement (for more information, refer to the provisions concerning data protection).
V - Legal information
It is compulsory to provide the personal information collected for distance selling, this information being essential for the processing and delivery of orders, the preparation of invoices and warranty contracts. The defect of information involves the non-validation of the order. However, the customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him and which he can exercise with GMC Limousines & Services SARL.
